Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Project Manager to lead aviation projects across the Pacific Northwest and national scope. The role involves full lifecycle management, scope development, contract oversight, and coordinating cross-discipline teams to deliver on schedule, budget, and quality.

The candidate will manage project teams, mentor staff, and interact with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes across multiple offices including Bellevue, Seattle, Denver, and Salt Lake City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations; assist in technical proposals and contracts per HNTB’s approach.
• Serve as primary client liaison; manage project scope, schedule and budgets to client satisfaction.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specifications, and production for assigned projects.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan; supervise and mentor project team.
• Coordinate staffing and recruitment; support performance and compensation reviews.
• Support business development and client relationships for strategic and mini-mega projects; prepare proposal materials.
