Job summary

HNTB is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead aviation projects across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. The role requires managing the full lifecycle of projects, developing scopes and technical sections of proposals, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

The candidate will lead project teams, oversee budgets and schedules, and mentor junior staff while strengthening client relationships in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison; manage project scope, schedule, and budgets to client satisfaction.
