Job summary

This role requires 8 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in task or deputy project management, and will lead aviation projects across the Pacific Northwest and nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of task management or Deputy PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation and assist with technical proposals.
• Lead project teams to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to client satisfaction.
• Perform technical design and production tasks and review specifications.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to address design issues.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, and performance reviews for project staff.
• Support business development and client relationships for strategic projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
