Job summary

HNTB Corporation in Bellevue, WA; Denver, CO; and other locations is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead aviation projects, manage budgets/schedules, and coordinate with clients and internal teams. The role emphasizes technical leadership, scope development, and contract negotiations through the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering with extensive project management experience, including the ability to mentor staff and drive successful outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years of task management or Deputy PM experience.
• Experience leading aviation projects and supervising staff.
• Strong client coordination and design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Lead project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to completion and client satisfaction.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline teams to address design issues and ensure deliverables are met.
• Mentor and supervise project staff and support staffing decisions.
