Job summary

HNTB Corporation seeks an Engineering Project Manager to lead aviation projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, and budget. You will supervise junior staff and coordinate with internal and external partners across multiple locations in the region.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience, including 2 years in task management or Deputy PM roles. A strong track record delivering complex infrastructure projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.
• Experience leading aviation projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison; manage project team to deliver scope, schedule and budgets.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specifications, and production.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan; supervise and mentor team.
• Coordinate staffing, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Support business development and client relationships for strategic projects.
• May recruit and retain staff and plan for staff reporting and succession.
