You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development through proposals and presentations, in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

This role supports the Miami Aviation team within a leading engineering and consulting firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program and 10 years relevant experience; Professional Engineer, Registered Architect or related licensure preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage aviation and civil infrastructure projects.
• Oversee stormwater, utility infrastructure, and pavement design and assessments.
• Manage construction support services, including construction management and inspection.
• Lead and coordinate large, multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Prepare engineering plans, specifications, reports, and permit applications.
• Analyze design alternatives, technical data, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Maintain and grow client relationships with local and national aviation partners.
• Support business development, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to promote technical excellence.
