Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• 7+ years of civil engineering experience, including 3+ years in project design.
• Florida P.E. license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience managing aviation or transportation infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and delivery of complex projects.
• Play a key role in business development and client relationship management.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to promote technical excellence.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with local and national aviation partners and permitting agencies.
