Job summary

HNTB's Bellevue (Seattle, WA) office is seeking Engineering graduates to join the Aviation Department, with responsibilities across design, calculations, and coordination on national airport projects. The role focuses on leading aviation tasks, mentoring junior staff, and delivering across all project phases.

The position requires coordinating with clients and other disciplines, producing high-quality deliverables, and supporting project delivery for diverse aviation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience or higher degrees with reduced experience requirements
• Experience coordinating with multiple disciplines and clients
• Ability to produce design calculations, technical reports and engineering plans

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline-specific work, ensuring schedule and budget adherence
• Assist in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation
• Assist with development of scope of work and level of effort for projects
• Oversee completeness and accuracy of project team’s work and mentor staff
• Coordinate technical aspects with client counterparts and teaming partners
• Work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects
• Perform other duties as assigned
