Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 15 years of relevant experience in program management, preferably in aviation.
• Proven leadership across multi-project programs and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client’s agent delivering PMC services across planning, procurement, risk, controls, quality, and operations.
• Resolve high-impact issues and manage risk on behalf of the client.
• Identify opportunities to expand HNTB’s presence and revenue within the PMC market.
• Build industry reputation and maintain relationships with clients and industry groups.
• Staffing and oversight of Project Managers, staff, and subcontractors.
• Understand political environment affecting program delivery.
• Lead teams in aligning client vision with firm culture.
• Develop knowledge of HNTB services and resources.
• Participate in client service action plans and reviews.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
