FSB Architects + Engineers seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex aviation projects from planning through construction in Denver, CO. The role emphasizes strategic client management, cross-disciplinary leadership, and growing the aviation market portfolio.

You will mentor junior project managers, coordinate internal and external teams, and contribute to business development while ensuring budget, schedule, and quality objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional licensure preferred; PMP or equivalent certification for non-licensed.
• 15+ years leading complex architectural/engineering projects.
• Aviation design project experience preferred (airport, airline, terminal).
• Strong client relationships and business development in aviation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of the firm's largest aviation projects.
• Develop Project Strategic Plans aligned with client objectives.
• Primary client contact, building trusted aviation relationships.
• Prepare scopes of work, fee proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate internal staff and consultants across projects.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, profitability, and quality.
• Communicate status with Market Principals and leadership.
• Mentor less experienced Project Managers.
• Support business development and pursuit activities.
