Job summary

Consertus, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Reporting & Visualization Lead to translate project data into clear reporting for aviation capital programs. The role bridges project controls, PM delivery, and the digital team, requiring strong Excel skills and a track record in performance reporting.

The ideal candidate will design dashboards in Excel and Power BI, collaborate with program leadership, and ensure data accuracy from systems like Procore or Primavera P6. On-site in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, lookups, pivots)
• Experience in project performance reporting within PM delivery
• Capital project delivery experience; aviation/public infrastructure a plus
• Knowledge of budgets, forecasting (EAC), change exposure, contingency
• Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud or Primavera P6
• Power BI experience is a plus; willingness to learn
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Business/Data analytics or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program and project performance reporting on cost, schedule, change, risk, and delivery workflows.
• Translate controls processes into metrics, KPIs, and exception-based reporting.
• Provide executive and project-level summaries and drill-down detail.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI with consistent branding.
• Collaborate with digital and data teams; validate data against source systems.”
• Guide KPI definitions, data governance, and reporting standards.
