McFarland Johnson seeks a Program Delivery & Project Controls Lead to oversee capital improvement programs within the Aviation division. The role combines hands-on construction oversight with advanced project controls and analytics, driving schedule, cost, and scope performance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading technical teams, optimizing processes, and cultivating client partnerships to fuel regional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level program oversight and leadership across aviation, municipal, and multi-site CIP projects.
• Direct and perform full lifecycle project activities from scope definition to closeout.
• Maintain key stakeholder relationships and ensure program alignment with client needs.
• Oversee site-level construction management, subcontractor performance, QA/QC, and safety culture across assets.
• Establish and maintain robust project controls governance including CPM, EVM, and baseline tracking.
• Lead change management, risk mitigation, and transparent cost reporting.
