Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of experience in business operations, planning, analytics, or program support.
• Strong business acumen and analytics.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts).
• Excellent written and oral communication, including executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, integrate, analyze, develop and package the site executive briefing package.
• Coordinate preliminary meetings, gather inputs from functions, and polish executive-level briefing materials.
• Compile and analyze operational and finance metrics to support leadership decisions.
• Design and continuously improve reporting and analytics processes.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, HR, quality and other managers to develop integrated reporting and milestones.
