Job summary

McFarland Johnson seeks a Program Delivery & Project Controls Lead in the United States to oversee resourcing, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of capital improvement programs in aviation and infrastructure. You will bridge field execution with governance, drive KPI analytics, and guide project controls across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 20+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering and program controls.
• Deep proficiency in CPM scheduling, EVM, cost engineering, change management, and estimating.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, analytics, and integrated reporting.
• Direct experience managing large capital projects and multi-site programs.
• Strong communication with executive-level clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight across complex aviation and infrastructure programs.
• Oversee full lifecycle activities from scope to closeout.
• Lead project controls governance, scheduling, cost tracking, and EVM.
• Drive predictive forecasting, risk mitigation, and change management.
• Implement PMIS tools and analytics for decisions.
• Mentor teams and engage with clients at senior levels.
