McFarland Johnson (MJ) is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer Aviation Project Manager to lead complex aviation and infrastructure projects in New England. This role focuses on client relationships, project leadership, and delivering multidisciplinary work from planning through construction.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in project management (aviation, transportation, civil/site, or similar).
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects.
• Experience on airport projects or terminal facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex, multidisciplinary projects across aviation, civil/site, planning, and/or environmental.
• Serve as a primary client manager, developing understanding of client needs and goals.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring technical excellence and quality.
• Guide and mentor engineers and staff across teams.
• Support workload planning, staff development, and growth of the New England team.
• Contribute to business development, including proposals and client engagement.
