A growing aerospace manufacturing company is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and drive production efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.

This role will oversee multiple manufacturing departments including machining, grinding, saw operations, and heat treat while partnering closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Production planning & scheduling through ERP/MRP systems
• Managing production teams and shop floor operations
• Monitoring KPIs, productivity, quality, and delivery performance
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Equipment utilization and maintenance coordination
• Inventory/raw material planning and cost control
• Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance

Qualifications
