Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of purchasing and sourcing experience preferred.
• Experience with procurement/ERP or inventory control systems is a plus.
• Aviation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand purchasing processes and process purchase orders.
• Execute purchase orders and requests with correct quantities, suppliers, pricing, and shipping information.
• Source aircraft materials and components from preferred suppliers.
• Negotiate price, availability, and lead times to meet demand.
• Follow up on open purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Maintenance on grounded aircraft requirements, including AOG purchases.
