Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a motivated Component Repair Specialist I in our Supply Chain Department. This role processes repair orders for removed aircraft components with approved repair suppliers and follows up to ensure timely deliveries to support operations.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, customer service, and analytical skills, with experience in procurement and repair processes. The position reports to the Supply Chain Supervisor.

Formación

• Experience in procurement / repair processes in aviation or manufacturing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Process repair orders for removed aircraft components with approved repair suppliers.
• Follow up with status and deliveries to support the operation.
• Source repair services from FAA-approved suppliers and obtain quotes.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering on technical requirements.
• Analyze removed component data and evaluate warranty considerations.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain detailed reports and records.
• Reconcile invoices and repair order discrepancies with suppliers.
• Support inventory and operational readiness through timely deliveries.
