Job summary

Jet Support Services, Inc. is hiring a Procurement Specialist to manage parts procurement and vendor negotiations. This role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in aviation and offers a salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 annually. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation and communication skills, experience with inventory control systems like AvSight and Salesforce, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in aviation related procurement and inventory control.
• Business Aviation purchasing experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, domestic and international.

Responsibilities

• Manage parts procurement and ensure timely delivery for maintenance requirements.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers and create purchase orders.
• Provide updates and maintain communication with Technical Advisors.
