Job summary

Textron is offering a 10-week Summer Intern position in Fort Worth, TX, focused on Program Management for H-1 and V-22 programs. You will support cost, schedule, and technical activities, while leveraging data analytics and Power BI to drive on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, Finance, MIS or related fields.
• Minimum 60 credit hours completed by start of internship (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience.
• Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1 — August 6, 2027.
• 3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support cross functional activities to align to on-cost/on-time aircraft deliveries, proposal timelines, or sustainment initiatives.
• Work with Centers of Excellence, suppliers, and the program to support production and proposal activities using data analytics.
• Identify cost control opportunities, perform master data audits, and assess supply health, material availability, and production capabilities.
• Generate reporting capabilities and dashboards for operational successes, performance, and cost management.
