Job summary

Textron is offering a 10-week summer internship for a Business Analyst Intern in Johnson City, TN. The program emphasizes real project work, data analysis, and collaboration with operations leaders across Bell Textron Inc.

Students will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and formal training while contributing to cross-functional initiatives. Applicants should be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, IT, Business or Supply Chain, with at least 60 college

Qualifications

Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Operations, Industrial Engineering, IT, Business or Supply Chain required.
Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience
Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1- August 6, 2027
3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Working on a combination of projects conducting data analysis and interfacing with operations leaders.
Developing a strong business operations foundation and acquire leadership skills with cross-functional process knowledge.
Experience professional growth in a challenging environment and establish a network of peers and mentors.
