Job summary

Textron’s Bell division seeks a Program Management Intern for a 10-week summer program in Fort Worth, TX. You will assist in on-time, on-budget execution of H-1 and V-22 programs, collaborate with Centers of Excellence and suppliers, and help build data dashboards for cost and performance monitoring.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with data analytics tools like Power BI and Excel, while contributing to contract reviews, process documentation, and production capability assessments.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field required.
• Minimum 60 credit hours completed by internship start or prior Bell internship experience.
• Ability to complete the full 10 weeks: June 1–August 6, 2027.
• GPA 3.0 minimum; undergraduate GPA strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, PowerApps, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Support on-time, on-budget execution of H-1 and V-22 programs.
• Assist cross-functional activities with Centers of Excellence, suppliers, and program teams.
• Develop reporting capabilities and dashboards for operational success and cost management.
