Responsibilities

• Conduct data mining and operational research related to flight performance, delays, turn times, and resource utilization.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as on-time departures, ground handling efficiency, and staffing performance.
• Monitor daily operations and provide real-time and post-operational reporting to leadership.
• Identify root causes of delays and operational disruptions, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards for station and network leadership.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely reports and presentations for operational briefings.
