Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–5 years related experience accepted.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior management experience in airport ground handling.
• Demonstrable track record in passenger services.
• Strong time management with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to manage a business unit.
• 3–5 years aviation industry experience with passenger ops knowledge.
• Working knowledge of IATA Ground Handling Agreement.

Responsibilities

• Accountable to Station VP for safety, ops and financial performance of their shift.
• Plan resource allocation for each business unit on their shift.
• Liaise with customer representatives and internal/external agencies.
• Produce routine reports and project work timely.
• Support development of business units with accurate execution.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Mentor other employees.
