• Experience leading airline/airport ops initiatives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze flight performance, delays, turn times, and resource utilization.
• Track and analyze KPIs like on-time departures, ground handling efficiency, and staffing.
• Provide real-time and post-operational reporting to leadership.
• Identify root causes of delays and provide data-driven improvements.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards for leadership.
• Prepare clear, timely reports and presentations for operational briefings.
• Utilize Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and communication.
• Ensure data integrity across reporting systems.
• Communicate findings with cross-functional teams.
• Suggest improvements to safety and security practices.
• Operate motorized equipment and handle station duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
