Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced aviation professional to oversee parts and tooling control, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance within an aircraft maintenance operation at the Orlando base. The role combines inventory management with inspections, maintenance records reviews, and quality audits.

The ideal candidate will hold an FAA A&P certificate, extensive knowledge of FAA regulations, and a background in helicopters or corporate aviation.

Qualifications

• FAA regulations knowledge and inspections expertise.
• Experience in quality control, auditing, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel extensively from May through August.
• Background in helicopters or corporate aviation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee parts and tooling control and traceability.
• Maintain tool control system with calibration/recertification schedules.
• Track gauges and precision instrument calibration.
• Inspect aircraft, components, and maintenance records for FAA compliance.
• Conduct quality audits of maintenance and repair activities.
• Coordinate corrective actions to resolve quality issues and non-conformities.
• Maintain current knowledge of FAA regulations and company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
