Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking an aviation professional to own parts control and quality assurance at the Orlando base with field travel during May–August. The role demands disciplined tooling management, calibration tracking, and rigorous maintenance records to uphold airworthiness.

You will audit aircraft and records for FAA compliance, lead audits, and drive corrective actions with maintenance teams, while staying current with FAA regs and quality systems.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certificate required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with helicopters or corporate aviation.
• Auditing or compliance experience.
• Travel extensively May–August.

Responsibilities

• Inspect aircraft, components, and maintenance records for FAA compliance.
• Perform routine and non-routine audits to assess quality of maintenance work.
• Review and verify maintenance documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor safety procedures and report non-compliance or safety concerns.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
