Job summary

XTREME AVIATION, LLC seeks an experienced Quality Control Inspector to support our aircraft maintenance operations at Opa-locka, FL. You will perform inspections and provide quality oversight to ensure aircraft, engines, appliances, and components meet applicable requirements.

The role requires an FAA Part 65 certificate, an A&P rating with at least three years holding the rating for Return to Service, and five years of maintenance experience on large aircraft.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current FAA Part 65 certificate and A&P rating.
• Five years of maintenance experience on large aircraft with 10+ passenger seats.
• Strong knowledge of FAA Part 145 Repair Station and Quality Control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections per Maintenance Program, ADs, SBs and other requirements.
• Provide quality oversight for maintenance activities onsite in Opa-locka, FL.
• Conduct RII and Buy-Back inspections and receiving inspections.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with maintenance staff.
• Assist in maintaining SMS compliance and company procedures.
