Total Aviation Staffing, LLC in Orlando, FL, seeks a detail-oriented Parts/QA Inspector to oversee parts management and quality assurance for aircraft, components, tools, and maintenance records to ensure highest safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong FAA regulations knowledge, experience in aviation maintenance or QA, and the ability to travel extensively from May through August to support audits and improvement efforts.

Competenze

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate or eligibility is required.
• Experience in helicopter or corporate aviation is preferred.
• Experience in auditing, regulatory compliance, or QA in aviation.
• Willingness to travel extensively from May through August.

Mansioni

• Manage the tool control system and coordinate with shop leads.
• Monitor calibration and recertification of gauges and instruments.
• Maintain parts tracking and monitor expiration dates.
• Inspect aircraft and components for FAA compliance.
• Conduct audits to evaluate maintenance quality and compliance.
• Review maintenance documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor safety procedures and report violations.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Stay current on FAA regulations and industry best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
