Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at KBED. The role demands strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and proactive scheduling. You will coordinate crew training, manage budgets, and ensure safety and service excellence.

Ideal candidates bring extensive flight hours, PIC experience, and a track record in aviation operations. A CAM certification and relocation ability within 2 hours of KBED are preferred.

Qualifications

• Total flight hours: 3000+ hours.
• PIC time: 1500+ hours.
• MEL: 1500+ hours.
• Time in Turbo Jet: 500+ hours.
• Instrument time: 250+ hours.
• First class medical required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance training.
• Schedules and reviews flights and PTO for assigned personnel.
• Maintains training records and regulatory filings.
• Promotes safety, service quality, and customer goodwill.
