Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time Client Aviation Manager to lead a flight department in the NY area. The role emphasizes strong leadership, adherence to FAA regulations, and high standards for service, safety, and integrity within Solairus’ culture.

The CAM will oversee scheduling, training, and operations, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure reliable flight operations and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Extensive flight time across multiple aircraft types.
• Leadership experience in flight operations or management roles preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced non-flight training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus policies, FAA rules, and manuals.
• Coordinate crew and maintenance training with training contractor.
• Schedule and review training, flights, and roster activities to optimize operations.
• Approve PTO and communicate schedule changes to flight coordinators.
• Prepare written reports and revise manuals and publications as required.
• Support SMS initiatives and promote customer goodwill.
