Job summary

Solairus Aviation in Bedford, MA is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department at KBED airport. The CAM will supervise crew and maintenance scheduling, ensure compliance with FAA regulations, and maintain training currency and records for crews assigned to the account.

The ideal candidate has a strong leadership background with NBAA CAM certification or equivalent training, a college degree, budget management experience, and ability to relocate within 2 hours

Qualifications

• Management background with a demonstrated track record of leadership.
• NBAA CAM certification or other leadership training preferred.
• Budget development and management experience.
• College degree and/or advanced (non-flight) training.
• Interpersonal communication skills to coordinate activities and promote goodwill.
• Experience in environments implementing best practices in flight operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus policies and regulations.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance training with the training contractor.
• Develops scheduling procedures with clients to promote reliable scheduling.
• Approves and schedules PTO for all personnel.
• Maintains training currency and flight time records for crewmembers.
• Promotes customer goodwill and Solairus Aviation reputation.
