Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Operations Manager to lead base operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-touch service for private aviation guests and crews. You will guide day-to-day activities, mentor the team, and help provide a seamless guest experience in a dynamic aviation environment.

Role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and may include frontline duties alongside the team to maintain Signature’s hospitality standard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-like qualifications are not required; but base leadership and guest-service experience are essential.
• Must be able to read and follow safety rules and SOPs in English.
• Ability to pass background checks, airport badge processes, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead base operations team to perform tasks safely and efficiently according to SOPs.
• Manage Airside Experience/Guest Experience teams for accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Interview, onboard, train, and develop team members; schedule duties and meetings.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and ensure required airline training is completed.
• Act as guest service resource and escalation point for inquiries.
• Assist ramp operations to meet guest, client, and aircraft needs.
