Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking an Operations Agent in Denver to coordinate and communicate across departments, ensuring safe loading and unloading of aircraft. You will act as the main operational contact for partners and support on-time operations and problem resolution.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a valid U.S. driver's license, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Prior experience or a high school diploma/GED is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess and maintain a valid US driver's license.
• Pass pre-employment testing including drug screen and background checks.
• Ability to work variable shifts including weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with departments to ensure safe loading and unloading of aircraft.
• Serve as primary operational contact for internal and external partners.
• Prevent delays by resolving issues or escalating to leadership.
• Maintain flight paperwork, fuel records, and update flight information in systems.
• Assist in planning irregular operations and cargo coordination; support ramp duties as needed.
