Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support lead ramp agents, including mentoring, shift briefings, resource allocation, and safety compliance.
• Handle personnel processes such as interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating performance, and addressing policy violations.
• Complete administrative tasks including shift reports, timecard signing, and disciplinary reports.
• Oversee cargo and baggage operations including loading/unloading aircraft and transporting items between terminals.
• Operate ground support equipment and interpret documentation like weight/balance, hazmat labels, manifests, and routing tags.
• Report deficiencies and suggest improvements to safety and security practices.
