Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics in Wichita, KS is seeking an Account Manager focused on OEM aviation program sales. This onsite role emphasizes relationship-building, securing new business opportunities, and delivering solutions across power needs for global customers.

You will support tradeshows and customer meetings, manage negotiations, and drive growth in OEM, commercial, and defense markets while ensuring exceptional customer service and accurate project management.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years direct aviation sales experience.
• Experience in relationship building and providing superior customer service.
• Strong negotiation and project management skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail; organized, focused and results oriented.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support tradeshows and customer meetings to develop business opportunities.
• Discover new product opportunities and provide solutions to meet power needs.
• Grow across OEM, Commercial and Defense markets while delivering top-notch customer experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
• Travel up to 25% to meet customer needs.
• Serve as a primary point of contact with program partners.
