Swissport International AG is seeking an OCC Specialist to manage daily flight service capture, manpower planning and cross‑functional communications at the Burlingame station. You will coordinate with airline customers, airport authorities and central planning to meet KPIs and ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong planning, leadership and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong planning, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as OCC representative and manage daily flight service capture tasks.
• Coordinate manpower planning and internal/external communications.
• Produce KPI reports and brief station management daily.
• Provide timely flight information updates for billing and operations.
