Qualifications

• US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 12+ years of telecom network engineering, circuit integration, or infrastructure planning.
• Deep command of BGP, TCP/IP, MPLS, and IPv6 for TDM-to-IP conversion.
• Hands-on experience with optical networking, telecom hardware, and server deployments.
• Ability to model network growth and optimize capacity during large-scale upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, integration, and testing of NAS-supporting systems and translate architecture into IP solutions.
• Oversee full lifecycle migration of TDM to IP, ensuring smooth cutovers and testing.
• Assess requirements and communicate design changes to hardware and software teams.
• Provide hands-on infrastructure support and resolve bottlenecks during deployments.
• Use dashboards and KPIs to verify reliability and performance, reporting to leadership.
