Western Aircraft Inc. is seeking an MRO Sales Manager to generate sales for jet maintenance and related services from base Boise, ID. You will develop a territory plan, source new prospects, and collaborate with Avionics and Interior Sales to maximize revenue.

The role requires a strong background in aviation services sales, CRM experience, and ability to travel for customer meetings and trade shows.

Formación

• Minimum five years’ experience in aviation services sales or management.
• Maintenance, repair, and overhaul background with corporate aircraft focus preferred.
• Working knowledge of business aviation maintenance marketplace.
• Proficiency with CRM software, such as Salesforce.com.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel & Word).

Responsabilidades

• Sell maintenance services, modifications, upgrades, and mandated equipment installations to Business Jet operators.
• Collaborate with Avionics & Interior Sales to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify prospects using Salesforce.com, Jetnet, market data, and team input.
• Quote parts, labor and outside services; negotiate terms and pricing for profitability.
• Attend trade shows and follow up with contacts and prospects.
