Ideal candidates bring at least 2+ years in aviation-adjacent order management or admin roles, solid organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or administrative support in a technical, aviation, or repair services environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience corresponding professionally via email.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for parts and repairs and ensure necessary components are sourced in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate quotes for internal and external repairs and maintain clear communication with customers.
• Place repair orders with third‑party vendors and manage vendor performance.
• Regularly monitor overdue repair orders and track progress to prevent delays.
• Source parts as needed and ensure availability for repair work.
• Coordinate rotables for repair and ensure proper tracking and documentation.
