You will coordinate with vendors, track turnaround times, and ensure accurate data in Quantum Control while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams. The role requires 2+ years in order management or admin support in aviation or repair services, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in order management, customer service, or admin support in aviation/repair environment.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and customers.
• Basic problem-solving skills and ability to follow processes.

Responsabilidades

• Order Management & Follow-Up: place and track parts and repairs to meet turnaround times.
• Customer Quotes & Communication: provide accurate quotes and confirm receipt with customers.
• Vendor Coordination & Quality Control: issue orders to vetted third-party vendors and monitor performance.
• Repair Order Monitoring: track overdue orders and keep notes updated in the system.
• Parts Sourcing & Management: source parts and ensure timely availability.
• System Updates & Record Maintenance: keep Quantum Control updated in real time.
