The MRO Planner (Maintenance, Repair, & Overhaul) plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of the repair process from order placement through to delivery. This position is responsible for managing customer repair orders, both physically and within the company's computer system (Quantum Control), ensuring all orders meet the required turnaround times. The MRO Planner will handle customer quotes for repair costs, coordinate third-party vendor orders, track their status, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the repair cycle. The role also requires maintaining communication with both internal teams and customers to ensure a high standard of service and quality.
