StandardAero, Inc. in Florida is seeking an Operations Manager to lead FAA Part 145 repair station production in the Fuel Accessories shop, ensuring safe, high-quality, on-time delivery while balancing capacity, labor, materials, and costs.

You will drive production planning, workforce deployment, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement, partnering with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and site leadership to meet financial and operational objectives.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related.
• 5+ years in aviation MRO or regulated production environment.
• +3 years direct leadership in production or shop-floor ops.
• Experience with MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Direct production planning and scheduling based on demand, inventory, and capacity.
• Assign manpower, authorize overtime, and manage labor and operating costs.
• Monitor performance, yields, and delivery schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
• Develop and implement policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan capacity for equipment, space, and staffing to meet forecasted workloads.
• Track KPIs and manage budgets and capital expenditures.
• Lead people management including hiring, training, evaluations, and development.
• Oversee safety, budgets, workforce planning, and organizational goals.
• Support special projects and provide hands-on production support when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
