Qualificações

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in aviation management or a related leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Current FAA A&P license. Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee administrative, project management, budget management and day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Interface with Sales and Business Development to support current and new projects on a timely basis.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, government, customer requirements and KA standards.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet KA schedules and customer expectations.
• Provide timely weekly reports on operation status to leadership.
