Job summary

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in aerospace, quality or operations.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing, MRO or quality management preferred.
• A&P license preferred; familiarity with FAA 145 regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead FAA 145 compliant repair station operations and P&L.
• Drive on-time delivery, quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with sales, pricing and customer support to meet targets.
• Oversee CAPEX, infrastructure projects and site improvement initiatives.
• Ensure reports, policies and procedures adhere to regulations.
