Job summary

Total Aviation Staffing, LLC is partnering with an expanding MRO client to lead the formation of an independent aviation maintenance organization in Florida and the Southeast. The role focuses on defining strategy, building the leadership team, and delivering strong safety, quality, and customer outcomes.

The executive will own the P&L, drive service expansion, and ensure FAA Part 145 compliance while shaping organizational processes and staffing to support rapid growth in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in business aviation maintenance or MRO operations.
• Strong knowledge of FAA Part 145 repair station operations.
• Proven experience managing aviation maintenance teams.
• In-depth understanding of aircraft maintenance economics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to build processes and organizational structures in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong financial acumen and meaningful P&L ownership.
• Willingness to be based in Orlando, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement business plan.
• Establish the organizational structure and leadership team.
