Job summary

Precision Aviation Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee the Camarillo, CA MRO operations, ensuring on-time maintenance, safety, quality and cost control. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and partner with sales, supply chain and quality to meet company goals.

The role requires a strong aviation operations background with ten years in management, FAA/compliance awareness, and a track record of improving facility performance and team development.

Qualifications

• Ten years in aviation operations or MRO management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving efficiencies.
• Knowledge of FAA and military/contractor compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the facility and MRO processes.
• Lead managers to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and maintain safety, quality, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and quality to meet company goals.
• Develop budgets, implement facility improvements, and manage capital planning.
• Recruit, train, and develop facility staff to meet current and future needs.
