Responsibilities

• Lead Florida Aviation market strategy and growth.
• Develop executive client relationships with airport authorities, airlines, and stakeholders.
• Oversee RFQs/RFPs, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
• Drive operational excellence, safety, and project performance across Florida Aviation.
• Manage annual revenue, backlog, margin, and NOI forecasts.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing teams; foster culture of accountability.
