Job summary

Total Aviation Staffing, LLC is partnering with an expanding MRO client to lead the formation of an independent aviation maintenance organization in Florida and the Southeast. The role focuses on defining strategy, building the leadership team, and delivering strong safety, quality, and customer outcomes.

The executive will own the P&L, drive service expansion, and ensure FAA Part 145 compliance while shaping organizational processes and staffing to support rapid growth in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in business aviation maintenance or MRO operations.
• Strong knowledge of FAA Part 145 repair station operations.
• Proven experience managing aviation maintenance teams.
• In-depth understanding of aircraft maintenance economics.

• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.

Our client, a burgeoning MRO business with a robust base of existing resources and clientele, offers an exciting opportunity to lead an independent business aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) entity in Florida and the Southeast. With a foundation built on an FAA Part 145 Repair Station certificate, you’ll be at the forefront of operational and financial performance, driving business development and ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
