Team JAS, Inc in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Maintenance, Repair, & Overhaul Administrator to manage customer repair orders from quotation through delivery, coordinate parts and third‑party vendors, and keep Quantum Control up to date for timely turnarounds.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and experienced in aviation order management or administrative support, with strong written and verbal communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including professional email correspondence.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with internal/external stakeholders.
• Basic problem-solving skills and ability to follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for parts and repairs and ensure timely sourcing of components.
• Follow up on order status to meet required turnaround times and inform purchasing via email when parts are needed.
• Provide accurate quotes for internal and external repairs and confirm receipt with customers.
• Coordinate repair orders with third‑party vendors and verify vendor approvals.
• Manage and maintain virtual vendor quality audits and surveys to evaluate performance.
• Monitor overdue repair orders and track progress to prevent delays.
• Update order statuses in Quantum Control and maintain real-time records.
• Perform administrative tasks and assist the Maintenance Manager with daily operations.
• Respond to customer questions, address concerns about timelines and costs.
• Assist clerks with pulling parts for repairs after customer approvals.
